Our Company Policies

General Information-

Our luxury picnics and picnic table rental options will run in a 2 hour time slot of your choice Thursday thru Sunday 5pm - 8pm at your selected location. (Times may vary)
You will be responsible to pay in full for anything broken or damaged during your event.
For all tablescaping bookings you will be required to clean any dishware used prior to your scheduled pick up time. (12-24 hours after event is the typical pick up)
If you are requesting a location that is not listed on our website there may be a travel fee.
Food is not included or provided for any setup.
When booking please allow at least a 72 hour notice before your desired date.

Payment Policy-

A 20% non refundable down payment will be collected at the time of your booking to secure your spot.
The rest of your total payment will be due 48 hours prior to your picnic date/time. Failure to complete this payment on time may result in an uncharge.

Cancellation Policy-

Cancellation must be made minimum 5 days prior to your event to receive a refund. **this refund will not include your non refundable initial down payment**

Weather Policy-

In case of rain or severe weather, your outdoor picnic is subject to cancellation within 4 hours of your start time.
If your picnic is canceled due to rain or sever weather you will be entitled to your choice of a rescheduling or a full refund (including your non refundable down payment).
